About the opportunity


Specialist Clinics is seeking an enthusiastic person to join our administration team. The clinics provide a facility for the assessment and management of patients referred for care by specialist physicians and surgeons. The demand for this service is high and, as a consequence, the team caters for a large numbers of patients.


The team is part of Bendigo Health’s Acute Ambulatory and Critical Care Department.


The position will provide effective clerical support in the management of clinics which facilitate patient access and specialist care. This support requires a team approach in partnership with clinical staff

 

About you

  • Previous experience in a Health environment.
  • Demonstrated advanced level computer skills specifically in word, excel and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability.
  • Demonstrated ability to actively support innovation and service development as well as an ability to adjust work practices to accommodate change.
