Bendigo Health are seeking an organised and energetic individual to coordinate the first phase of work required under the Gender Equality Act. As a member of our People and Culture team you will liaise with key stakeholders, capture and enter data, write reports and develop training content.

Hours:                 45.6 hours per fortnight (3 days per week - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)
Status:                Fixed Term - 6 months

Selection Criteria
Essential:
01.Current awareness of understanding of the Gender Equality Act 2020, gender equality and intersectionality

Desirable:
02.Degree qualified in Human Resources or equivalent

Desirable:
03.Previous experience using the SAP payroll system

Essential:
04.Demonstrated ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders

Essential:
05.Excellent organisational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain strong attention to detail and work to set timeframes/deadlines

Essential:
06.Demonstrated experience analysing data with the ability to produce a variety of reports outlining key findings and provide recommendations

Essential:
07.Demonstrated capacity to identify, develop and improve effective process improvements

Essential:
08.Capability to communicate process change and provide education support to managers

Essential:
09.Advanced level computer skills with a cound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook

Essential:
10.Demonstrated ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and to manage time effectively
