Are you a motivated, conscientious person with sound experience in administrative support roles?
We are currently seeking an Administration Officer to provide support to the Intensive Family Support team on a Full Time basis.
Duties will include:
- Diary and meeting management
- Maintaining quality processes and procedures
- Document preparation including human resource forms, reports, presentations, submissions
What do you need to be successful in this role?
- An eye for detail,
- Be a wiz with spreadsheets,
- Know the windows interface inside out
- Ability to touch type with aplomb!
- Be a team player while at the same time able to work alone;
- Approach the role with energy, flexibility and creativity
- Will enjoy learning and developing in the role.

Remuneration
base salary + super+ salary packaging + employee benefits

Selection Criteria |
Essential: 9.1. Demonstrated ability to apply professional knowledge of administrative support practices and procedures and to work within the statutory and regulatory requirements relevant to UCC. Essential: 9.2. Demonstrated ability to process a range of financial transactions and maintain financial records. Essential: 9.3. Possession of a Certificate III in Business Administration or a demonstrated experience-of computing concepts and ability to use 2010 Microsoft Office Software, in particular Outlook, Word, Publisher, Power Point and Excel with proficiency in web based data entry. Essential: 9.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to deal with people at all levels in a variety of situations. Essential: 9.5. Ability to be flexible and proactive in contributing to the effective functioning of a team. Essential: 9.6. Ability to work within the beliefs, mission, values and policies of UnitingCare Community and adhere to the provisions of the Workplace Health and Safety and other relevant Legislation as they apply to the region’s services. |
