Position Summary |
Lifeline Business Division is currently seeking a Shop Supervisor to provide leadership and support to team members at our Bay Drive Superstore.
The ideal candidate will have a flair for fashion merchandising presentation, highly developed communication skills and a customer service focus. This position requires a person with exemplary sales skills and as a demonstrated ability to perform the activities related to the day to day operation of a large retail outlet that is predominately Clothing and Furniture focused.
You will be responsible for:
- Daily operations.
- Achieving monthly budgeted sales.
- Undertaking stock control and motivating team members
- Leading a team of volunteers
What do you need to be successful in this role?
- Previous retail experience preferably in fashion and furniture
- Passion for retail and a genuine desire to enjoy a fast paced, ever changing environment
- The ability to recognize potential and promote store growth
- Be self-motivated and show initiative
- Have a positive attitude and good personal presentation
- Be able to provide first class customer service
- Be able to work independently as well as within a team
- Be available to work Saturdays.
Remuneration
Base salary + super+ salary packaging
