| Position Summary |
We are currently seeking to appoint a Administration Officer to work as a part of our UnitingCare Lifeline Team based in Maroochydore on a Full Time basis.
The Role:
You will support the day to day operational administrative duties of our Lifeline Management and Operations Team. Supplementing this, you will also assist with reception, shift rostering of staff and volunteers and financial reporting assistance as required.
About You:
You will have demonstrated experience working within an administrative operations environment. Have strong interpersonal and communication skills that you have developed through previous positions that have had a strong customer and/or stakeholder focus. Strong organisational skills such as managing priorities, attention to detail and can meet deadlines. Be a team player as well as the ability to work independently. Have a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office. Be flexible, energetic, and creative and enjoy learning and developing in the role.
Supplementing the above, you will have a Diploma in Business Administration, QLD open driver’s license, a positive Blue Card and the ability to commit to a criminal history check.
