We are currently seeking to appoint a Shop Supervisor to lead our Bellara Lifeline Store, located on Bribie Island, on a Full Time basis. 

The Role:

As a Shop Supervisor, you will manage one of our retail outlets, working with staff and volunteers to positively represent Lifeline and UnitingCare by providing a high level of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

About You:

To be successful for this role you will need to be/have:

• Highly motivated and demonstrate experience in managing a retail store
• Several years’ managerial experience is desirable preferably in clothing and textiles or furniture.
• Good communication skills and customer focus
• Provide good leadership for our team of volunteers
• Actively monitor budgets in a proactive way
• Show professionalism in meeting commitments and achieving results.
• Comply with all WHS requirements
• Use technology and software effectively in accordance with task requirements
