We are currently seeking a Truck Driver to join our Sunshine Coast Distribution Centre team on a Casual basis. 

The Role:

In this role you will you will work alongside our distribution centre staff and volunteers to coordinate and execute pickup and delivery of donated goods. You will be intrusted to be a representative of the Lifeline and wider UnitingCare brand as you will regularly deal with customers who have kindly donated items.

About You:

You will have previous experience in a multi-drop environment where general labouring and forklift work were a regular part of your day to day responsibilities. Supplementing this you will have sound communication skills with the ability to demonstrate strong customer care.

This role requires you to hold a minimum of a HR license and in addition it is preferred that you also hold a forklift licence.

We are looking for someone who has flexible availability Monday to Friday 8am-4pm (please note we are very flexible with shift arrangements within these times)

The inherent requirements of this role are physically demanding you will need to be physically fit with the capability to complete tasks that require regular lifting, standing and walking.

Remuneration:

$26.79 per hour + 9.5% super + Not for Profit Salary Packagine
