| Position Summary |
We are currently seeking expressions of interest for an Administrative Officer to join our Lifeline Retail team based in Geebung on a Permanent Part Time basis (30 hours per week)
The Role:
In this role you will contribute to the operational objectives of the workplace by performing a range of administrative and financial functions to support the management and broader Lifeline Retail team.
Duties of this position include but are not limited to:
- Provide a range of support in the areas of payroll, accounts and safety management records
- Undertake a range of reception duties including the delivery of high standard customer service to both external and internal customers
- Prepare reports and other documentation using Microsoft Office and/or other business software, along with the maintenance of databases and other recording/information systems
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will present with the following:
- High level of written and oral communication skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office Software, in particular Outlook, Word and Excel
- Demonstrated time management skills including the ability to be flexible, adaptable and prioritise workloads
- Be a team player while at the same time able to work autonomously
- Previous experience in a similar role working with payroll and accounts would be highly advantageous

Remuneration
