Position Summary

Lifeline Crisis Support and Suicide Prevention is seeking an Expression of Interest from current UnitingCare staff that are interested in joining their team as an In-Shift Supervisor.

In this role you will provide In-Shift support and guidance to staff delivering the Lifeline Practice Model for Lifeline Crisis Support and Suicide Prevention Service. 

What do you need to be successful in this role?

  • Demonstrated experience in providing in-Shift supervision to Crisis Supporters including contacting relevant emergency services when necessary. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to manage a team.
  • The ability to undertake shifts outside of normal working hours on a rostered basis as required to maintain service operation with 95-100% shifts filled.
