Position Summary

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our Retail Operations team. You will have experience working within the Retail industry and be passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. Income generated by Lifeline Retail Operations directly contributes to the Lifeline Telephone Crisis support line.

  • To manage all aspects of a retail shop.
  • To provide leadership and supervision to staff and volunteers.
  •  To develope effective shop strategies to maximise revenue.
  • To provide suport to the Towards Zero Harm principles and support a positive WH&S culture.
  • Maintain confidentiality and privacy in all applicable matters.
  • To work within developed policies/procedures and guidelines of UnitingCare Community.

What do you need to be successful in this role?

  • It is prefered that applicants hold an open and valid Qld Drivers Licence.
  • Prefered demonstrated experience in managing a retail store.
  • No formal qualification or certificates are required to perform the duties of this position.
  • This position may require you to work accross multiple stores within the region.

Remuneration

base salary + super+ salary packaging + employee benefits
