Position Summary

An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Pharmacist to join the team at Northern Health.

 

The role:

This role requires an adaptable pharmacist to provide pharmacy services to the Northern Health HARP (Hospital Admission Risk Program). In the first instance this role is a part-time position at 16 hours per fortnight.

About you:

  • Experience and good working knowledge of clinical pharmacy practice and medication management planning
  • Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment

Selection Criteria Essential: Completion of Bachelor of Pharmacy degree or equivalent qualification
Essential: Practicing Pharmacist registered with AHPRA
Essential: Current Victorian Driver's Licence (non-probationary)
Essential: Current National Police and Working with Children History Checks
Essential: Clinical experience as a hospital pharmacist within relevant clinical area for a minimum of 5 years or Home Medication Review Accreditation
Desirable: Post Graduate Qualification in Clinical Area or progressing towards this
