To support our continued expansion, we are recruiting for a Media Category Campaign Manager. About the Role The primary purpose of the Category Campaign Manager is to develop and implement fully integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This position will contribute to the delivery of bestpractice and innovative marketing and communication strategies and will work to ensure that Chemist Warehouse promotional and positioning activities complement organisational objectives. Key Responsibilities Manage all activity within the designated market with particular emphasis on Media, Marketing and Digital communication planning and advertising execution. Develop communication briefs and implement with a focus on continual improvement Plan and produce advertising creative from brief to execution Work with Media & Advertising agencies on formulating customised strategies and detailed recommendations Hold weekly WIP meetings with key stakeholders to ensure all campaigns are hitting their delivery and performance goals Assist on new business strategies to improve team efficiency and upskill opportunities Plan, arrange and prioritise resources to meet overall sales goals Provide end of campaign reporting insights, data analysis and recommendations to promote revenue growth Qualifications, Experience and Skillsets Bachelor’s Degree in Media, Marketing or Business or relevant tertiary qualifications and/or related work experience and post tertiary qualification Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing Great organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage and prioritise tasks Strong customer service attributes Application instructions If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
