As we embark on the next stage of our ambitious growth plan, we are currently recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join us at our Head Office.
About the Role
Located in Preston, Victoria, our Accounts Receivable Team consists of experienced Accounts Receivable Officers working in a collaborative, fast moving environment. As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will process a high volume of receivables payments, making sure that deadlines are met whilst maintaining a high attention to detail.
More specifically, the duties of the role will include
- Raising and Issuing Invoices & Credit Notes
- Issuing Monthly Statements
- Daily allocation of receipts to Customer Accounts
- Collections focused
- Other Accounts Receivable and Finance related tasks as required
This position will be offered on a permanent, full-time basis with working days being Monday to Friday.
About you
The key to your success in this role will be your abililty to produce a high volume of work that maintains your outstanding attention to detail and is completed within the timeframes required in our fast-paced enviornment. The successful applicant will also be able to demonstrate the following:
- Accounts Receivable Officer +2 Years’ Experience
- Competent in working with Accounting Software Packages
- Demonstrated computer skills in MS Office, namely Word, Excel and Outlook
- Results Focused with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly organised and with an ability to prioritise and multitask
- Motivated and capable of keeping up with a fast paced and high-volume environment
- Capable of working autonomously whilst respecting the dynamics of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The successful applicant will also be required to consent to a Criminal History Check and return a satisfactory result.
