Are you an Organisational Development (OD) Business Partner with proven change management expertise? Moreland City Council seeks an experienced, practical and collaborative Organisational Development Business Partner to join our innovative Organisational Performance team.


The Role


The OD Business Partner role is 2 days a week working in a job-share arrangement. Reporting to the Manager Organisational Performance, this position partners with a diverse range of business units and provides organisational development and facilitation services to managers and teams across all levels. The role will focus on providing a range of OD support including developing and implementing leadership programs, leading culture initiatives, tailored interventions and coaching. The role will have a specific focus on providing best practice advice and building the capability of our business to work with and respond to change.



Your Experience


You will have exceptional interpersonal skills, be tertiary qualified and possess extensive experience and demonstrated outcomes in a similar role within a dynamic environment. You will have a pragmatic approach, being able to transfer best practice OD into practical application. You will be collaborative in your approach, enjoy working in a diverse environment with competing demands. Accreditation in change management models, leadership and management tools such as Human Synergistics accreditation, MBTI and others will be regarded favourably.


What’s on offer?


The role is paying $93K - $104K+ Super (pro rata) plus super. The role is part-time 2 days per week and working in a job-share capacity.
