About the Position

With oversight of 8 City cemeteries we are passionate about our customers and dedicated to delivering the best possible services in time of need.  Working as part of the cemetery team and leading the administrative arm, this position is responsible for managing our service delivery whilst maintaining cemetery internment information. The focus of this role is to provide high level administration leadership to the team, setting service standards, managing cemetery information as well as driving change initiatives to help in the sustainability of cemetery services in the City.

Key Deliverables of the position:

  • Review administration procedures and align to service outcomes
  • Establish and conduct stakeholder meetings to ensure services are aligned to needs
  • Analyse data from interments and recommend marketing strategies
  • Review and simplify forms and guidelines for cemetery services
  • Review products and restructure fees and charges to optimise revenue streams
  • Contribute to the annual budgeting process by detailing service requirements to enhance sales and to improve sustainability of cemeteries and to monitor and report on cemetery aesthetics
