About the role: 


We have an exciting new role at Dental Health Services Victoria!  As our Consumer Experience and Co-design Consultant, you will report to the Director, Culture and Experience and play a key role in developing and leading activities and projects that enhance the consumer engagement and experience. 


Delivering a service in a highly customer centric and business partner approach, you will co-design activities that proactively engage consumers in the review & development of person-centred services to enhance the experience, particularly in our transformation to value based healthcare.


Your work will be more than this!  You will play a coaching role for our supervisors as they conduct Rounding with a focus on outcomes that enhance the patient experience.
