St. Albans Leisure Centre is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to provide the highest level of professional lifeguarding and customer service.  We require Lifeguards with the minimum of a Pool Lifeguard Award to work on a casual basis.  Hours of work will vary and include weekends, mornings, evenings and public holidays.  St. Albans Leisure Centre is a year round aquatic facility with extra outdoor water space open seasonally, with a high demand for staff during the summer period.

Previous lifeguard experience including the ability to liaise with patrons from multicultural backgrounds will be highly regarded. The Pool Lifeguard’s primary responsibility is to ensure all patrons are safe in and around the aquatic area and receive the highest possible level of customer service.
