Position Summary

An opportunity exists for an experienced Change Consultant to join our People and Performance team.  As an experienced change expert you will be required to provide strategic advice to the organisation on managing change.   In this role you will:

  • Formulate change strategies utilising various change methodologies to support business needs.
  • Develop and implement Change Management Plans
  • Provide internal consulting support to all stakeholders
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate a team of Change Champions
  • Provide input and support the delivery of learning programs.

To be successful in this role you will have a qualification in change management and substantial experience in working in change at a senior level.  You will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong productive and collaborative partnerships across the organisation.

Selection Criteria Essential: Do you have an appropriate qualification in change management and experience working in complex organisations

Essential: Do you have familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle

Essential: Do you have substantial experience working in change at the senior level of an organisation

Essential: do you have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong productive and collaborative partnerships across the organisation?

Essential: Do you have well-developed analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to identify solutions, assess risk and impacts of decisions or courses of action/

Essential: Do you have excellent written communication skills and the ability to prepare a range of high level business documentation?

Essential: Have you had experience managing a Team of Change Champions?
