Venue Services Officers Team Leader

The St Albans Community Centre & Bowery Theatre requires a team leader for its small team of administration and reception staff.

The ideal candidate will be able to lead a small community-focussed team to deliver a welcoming environment and excellent customer service for hirers, artists, visitors and general public at the Centre.   

You will have experience in a similar environment, collaborative leadership skills, experience with booking and ticketing systems and be highly organised.
