We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to provide the highest level of professional skills to deliver the Royal Life Saving Society Australia (RLSSA) Swim and Survive program at St. Albans Leisure Centre and Sunshine Leisure Centre.
Swim and Survive is a comprehensive swimming and water safety initiative of RLSSA that seeks to increase the swimming and water safety skills of all Australian children in order to prevent drowning and increase participation in safe aquatic activity.
We require casual Swim Teachers who are available to deliver the Swim and Survive program across a variety of shift on weekdays between 4pm to 7pm and weekends 8.30am to 3pm.
You will be responsible for providing swim teaching in line with Council and Centre policies and procedures. You will be required to teach and assess participants in accordance with the RLSSA Swim and Survive program.
Minimum qualifications required for this position are:
- AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety licence;
- CPR certificate; and
- Working with Children Check (WWCC) (Employee)
