Casual FOH - Event Officers (Theatre Ushers) are now required for the Bowery Theatre / St Albans Community Centre (STACC) in St Albans, opening early 2017.
Council is recruiting a pool of casual staff as Casual FOH - Event Officers (Theatre Ushers) to provide Theatre Ushering, ticket collection & sales and door assists to help in the effecient running of theatre functions. All candidates must have relevant experience and excellent customer service.

Essential: Demonstrated experience in or knowledge of theatre, cinema or arts venue / event management customer service, or appropriate experience in the hospitality industry
Essential: Demonstrated experience in, and commitment to, high quality customer service, including the ability to communicate with a broad range of customers in a courteous and professional manner |
