Brimbank City Council is seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and monitoring of the Council Plan and long term Brimbank Community Plan.
To be successful in this important role you will need to be tertiary qualified and have exceptional analytical, strategy and consultation skills backed by proven industry experience.
Based in the Community Wellbeing Branch, this position will work across the organisation, Council and with the community to identify strategic priorities and shape short to long term action to achieve the Council and communities aspirations for a better Brimbank.
Importantly the position will establish and drive organisational monitoring processes and systems to ensure timely, accurate and meaningful reporting of the progress of the Plans and key corporate performance indicators.
This key Council role requires an excellent communicator and astute thinker who can work with a range of stakeholders and Brimbank’s diverse communities. Experience working in local government is desirable.
