Position Summary

 

Casual FOH Supervisors are now required for the Bowery Theatre / St Albans Community Centre (STACC) in St Albans, opening early 2017.

 

Council is recruiting for FOH - Supervisors who will supervise the activities of FOH Staff including Ushers, Box Office Staff, Refreshment Bar Staff at our Bowery Theatre / St Albans Community Centre.

 

 

 
Selection Criteria Essential: Demonstrated experience in theatre, cinema or arts venue / event management facilitation or appropriate experience in the hospitality industry, including stock control and service

Essential: Demonstrated experience in co-ordinating a small work team in a community centre or arts centre environment and high level of organisational skills and ability to manage a number of tasks concurrently

Essential: Demonstrated experience in, and commitment to, high quality customer service, including the ability to communicate with a broad range of customers in a courteous and professional manner
