About Brimbank
The City of Brimbank is a multicultural municipality located in the western and north-western suburbs of Melbourne, between 11 and 23 kilometres west and north-west of the Melbourne CBD.
About the Role
Assist the HRIS Project Manager and the Manager People & Performance in the successful planning and implementation of the new HRIS system. During the implementation phase, work on the extraction, cleansing, configuration and importing of data between authority and the new system. Manage the data capture in terms of decision making, assist with the development of training plans and any other items required by the team during the process.
Duties
- Help drive Council's HRIS system implementation
- Work with Council's HRIS Project Manager
- Be the key contact within the business for the implementation
Skills & Experience
- HRIS or payroll system implementation experience essential
- Exposure to organisational development, learning or performance appraisal desirable
- Project management experience
