We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to provide the highest level of professional skills to deliver the Royal Life Saving Society Australia (RLSSA) Swim and Survive program at St. Albans Leisure Centre and Sunshine Leisure Centre.

Swim and Survive is a comprehensive swimming and water safety initiative of RLSSA that seeks to increase the swimming and water safety skills of all Australian children in order to prevent drowning and increase participation in safe aquatic activity.

We require casual On Deck Supervisors who are available to support the delivery of the Swim and Survive program across a variety of shift on weekdays between 9am to 7:30pm and weekends 8:00am to 3:00pm.

You will be responsible for providing administration and direct service in the delivery of the RLSSA Swim and Survive program in line with Council and Centre policies and procedures.

Minimum qualifications required for this position are:

• AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety licence;
• Pool Lifeguard;
• Apply First Aid;
• CPR; and
• Working with Children Check (WWCC) (Employee)
