This is a fantastic opportunity to work with our Manager, People and Performance to design, develop and deliver a range of contemporary leadership, capability and engagement programs designed to enhance the employee experience and drive a culture of high performance.

 Key Responsibilities include:

• Undertaking research and identifying innovative solutions to engage staff and strengthen organisational capabilities.
• Foster organisational development and address corporate objectives and needs.
• Development and implementation of cultural change and people strategy initiatives
• Work towards improving  employee engagement, employee recognition, reward and our employee value proposition
• Influence and support changes in organisational behaviour
• Implement systems and procedures designed to improve organisational performance
