Position Summary |
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with our Manager, People and Performance to design, develop and deliver a range of contemporary leadership, capability and engagement programs designed to enhance the employee experience and drive a culture of high performance.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Undertaking research and identifying innovative solutions to engage staff and strengthen organisational capabilities.
- Foster organisational development and address corporate objectives and needs.
- Development and implementation of cultural change and people strategy initiatives
- Work towards improving employee engagement, employee recognition, reward and our employee value proposition
- Influence and support changes in organisational behaviour
- Implement systems and procedures designed to improve organisational performance
