Brimbank City Council is seeking an online customer experience and communications specialist who will champion digital service delivery. The role will be responsible for delivering an integrated digital strategy which focusses on maximising the value of Brimbank's website and social media channels.
Managing a small team, and as a key member of the Media & Communications department, you will be responsible for the effective online marketing and promotion of Council services, programs and events. A key function of the position will also be to work across the organisation to bring more services online.
Your role will be to make sure Council's online channels deliver an exceptional user experience, are well utilised, and help support the strategic directions outlined in the Council Plan.
