An Exciting and rewarding 12 month temporary position exists within Council’s Customer Service Team.
This position is part of a dedicated team responsible for handling a broad range of customer enquires relating to all aspects of Council operations. The successful applicant would need to enjoy interactions with the community through a wide range of contact channels, including phone, face to face, correspondence, Webchat and customer satisfaction call backs. Team members are rostered on a daily basis to provide services from our Municipal Office at Sunshine or Service Centres at Keilor and Watergardens.
