Position Summary

Title: Recruitment Administrator
Department: Workforce Planning and Resourcing - People and Culture
Classification: HS1 (Administrative Grade 1)
Salary: $28.71 Per Hour
Hours: 76 hours per fortnight
Status: Full Time, Ongoing (Monday - Friday)

 

The Recruitment Administrator role is a busy position that provides reception, recruitment administration and clerical support to the Workforce Planning and Resourcing Team. The role will be involved in providing recruitment administration, resourcing requests, new employee data entry, preparation for career expos, and coordinating work experience placements, among other tasks. The position requires a pro-active and responsible person with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

This position provides an excellent opportunity for someone wishing to build a career in internal recruitment.

Selection Criteria
Essential:
01.Relevant tertiary qualification in human resources or health related discipline

Essential:
02.Current awareness and knowledge of human resource management best practice models and concepts specifically related to recruitment, selection and resourcing practices

Essential:
03.Excellent organisational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work to set timeframes/ deadlines

Essential:
04.Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently and provide input into team processes

Desirable:
05.High level information technology skills including experience in the use of Microsoft Office and Human Resource Information Systems. Experience working with Kronos, E-recruit or SAP is highly desirable

Essential:
06.Demonstrated capacity to identify, develop and improve effective process improvements with a strong attention to detail

Essential:
07.Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships with key stakeholders

Desirable:
08.Exposure to industrial legislation and awards

Desirable:
09.Experience working in a public health environment

Essential:
10.Collaborative team player with a positive, enthusiastic, firendly and helpful attitude
