An opportunity exists for permanent Part Time and Full Time hours within our Orthopaedic Rehab and GEM Rehab Unit.

Inpatient Rehabilitation and Evaluation level 4C is a 32 bed sub-acute service with a mix of Rehabilitation and Geriatric Evaluation and Management (GEM) beds specialising in Ortho, Amputee, and GEM Rehab.
As a Registered Nurse on the Inpatient Rehabilitation and Evaluation Unit you will be expected to work across rehabilitation and GEM streams contributing to patient care from admission to discharge, actively participating in your patients discharge process.

Selection Criteria
01.Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency). Please list your registration number and any endorsements noted on your registration.

02.Sound interpersonal and communication skills with a strong focus on Patient Centred Care.

03.Demonstrated experience and active participation in quality improvement activities.

04.Demonstrated commitment with evidence of ongoing professional development.

05.Ability to perform daily tasks effectively in an environment of change.
