The Clinical Operations Division encompasses acute and mental health services with a focus on excellent care, every person, every time.  We provide a wide range of general medical, surgical and speciality services including oncology, cardiology, renal, emergency, women’s and children’s, critical care, specialist clinics and mental health services.


Mental Health Service:

The Adult Mental Health Service provides a clinical mental health service for people with severe mental illness and associated disabilities in the Loddon Campaspe Southern Mallee area who are aged 16 to 64. Clerical staff provide administrative support to clinicians, including medical staff, and the manager of the team to deliver the service.



The Administration Support will provide administrative support to the manager and clinicians, including medical staff, working with patients of the Kyneton Community Mental Health team as well as supporting the manager and clinicians, including medical staff, in their interactions with Psychiatric Disability Rehabilitation Support Services, General Practitioners and other public and private organisations and practitioners providing services to the target groups.


KSC (Key Selection Criteria):

  • Relevant skills and experience in administrative support and reception.
  • Demonstrated high level computer competencies using Microsoft Office suite of products – word processing, database, spread sheets, email and internet
  • Ability to interact and communicate with a diverse range of people orally and in writing
  • Experience with data entry and the ability to learn and use RAPID (patient management system) and Kronos (electronic pay system)
  • A working knowledge of medical terminology.
