The organisation services the Loddon Mallee region, which covers about 26 per cent of Victoria and a population around 307,000. We provide health care across the entire lifespan from pre-natal and newborn babies to the aged, their families and carers.

 

The Healthy Communities and Continuing Care Division provide a wide range of services to patients/clients and their families across the Loddon Mallee Region.

Selection Criteria
Essential:
01.Strong written and verbal communication skills including attention to detail required for the production of high level publications and the capacity to deliver oral presentations.

Essential:
02.Advanced problem solving skills taking into consideration factual information, clients and customers of Bendigo Health with a view to resolving problems in conjunction with Bendigo Health’s core values.

Essential:
03.Sound knowledge and experience in effectively applying and coaching in Alternative Dispute Resolution methodologies including early intervention and conflict resolution (desirable).

Essential:
04.Experience in program development and delivery

Essential:
05.High level experience in working with / supporting Volunteers

Essential:
06.Demonstrated experience in personnel management including recruitment and ongoing education for volunteers.

Essential:
07.Advanced computer skills including all Microsoft Office applications and an ability to learn new workplace and industry specific software.

Desirable:
08.Diploma level / tertiary qualifications in business administration, health or a comparable administrative qualification and /or the equivalent of 2-3 years’ experience working in a similar field.
