A new and exciting opportunity to join the Organisational Development Team to provide essential training and assessment activities - including designing and developing learning programs and linking employees to support their career progression within Bendigo Health.

You will be responsible for the provision of essential training and assessment, career coaching and advice, establishing and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders (Employers, employees and training providers) to ensure learning programs and related assessments meet the parties' needs.

Selection Criteria
01.TAE40110: Certificate IV Training and Assessment, or equivalent, or the ability to obtain such within the role.

02.Tertiary qualifications, or substantial experience in a relevant field such as teaching, careers counselling or human resources.

03.Experience working in the health sector.

04.Demonstrated experience in the delivery of training to large groups in an adult learning environment.

05.High level computer skills including demonstrated experience in the use of Learning Management Systems.

06.Experience in scheduling, marketing, coordination and delivery of both large and small scale training events.
