The Role 

An exciting opportunity exists to join Council as a Casual Customer Service Officer within a highly valued Customer Service Team.    

 The Key responsibilities include:

  • Ability to communicate with a wide variety of people in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Able to adopt a collaborative and flexible approach to problem solving and information sharing.
  • Be a strong team player with a can-do approach.

What we are looking for:

  • An extensive background in customer service.
  • Highly effective interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively 
  • Well-developed organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire colleagues to maintain a customer focused culture

The successful applicants will be required to successfully undergo and return a criminal history record check.
